I would like to say it’s my first time at bluewater & Bills and what an amazing experience.
I was greeted Pankaj who very kindly took us to our sits he was very welcoming and gave us a choice of sit so we was comfortable.
I really would like to say that EMILY deserves a promotion or bonus as she is a star. Emily looked after us throughout our whole time while checking that we were happy and ok with everything she made our experience better. I wish I could do more but a massive thank Emily.

We had the best time today! £5 all Friday for bottomless pancakes, and only an extra £4.50 for bottomless hot drinks - such amazing value and so tasty! Our waitress Hayley was super attentive and was ready to take our next order as soon as we were ready. Overall amazing value and so worth the trip - thank you!

As a walk in customer the receptionist was able to accommodate a table with a place for a pushchair to safely park & Hayley was our lovely waitress that offered a nothing is too much to ask service. Thank you!
